Colin David Patterson
Non-Executive Chairman
Colin has more than 40 years of experience in all major aspects of mining and has held executive management positions at numerous mining and exploration companies worldwide, the most recent as Executive Chairman of Philippine listed gold producer, Apex Mining Co. Inc. He is an Australian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy fellow, holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering (Mining) and a Bachelor of Commerce in Business Economics (Finance).
Simon Gareth Humphreys
Chief Executive Officer
Simon is a specialist in start-up businesses and the management of multi-disciplined companies, with a distinct focus on entrepreneurship and commercial exploitation. Prior to his current role, he was Managing Director of Snap Ring Joint (Srj) Limited, and international engineering company which later listed on the ASX, where for 10 years he was instrumental in commercialising IP and growing the business. Other previous roles include Head of Corporate for Landmark Group in the Middle East.
Stuart Ventross Kemp

Stuart is an MBA qualified chartered accountant with 30 years of experience working across various industry sectors in senior financial, operational and general management roles. Stuart has worked for leading, innovative corporations in the UK, New Zealand and across SE Asia including London Listed Bluebird Merchant Ventures Ltd, Lloyd’s underwriters, Janson Green Group, the London Ambulance Service, Brunei Royal Garages, Carter Holt Harvey Limited and TechnologyOne Ltd, an ASX listed company.
Graham Dudley Eves
Independent Non-Executive Director
Graham joined GKN plc in 1967 where he spent 13 years operating across multiple overseas jurisdictions. He then moved into venture capital and advising German, North American and Japanese automotive component/technology suppliers. He co-founded automotive technology company, Mechadyne International Ltd (now part of Rheinmetall Automotive AG) and was a non-executive director of AB Dynamics plc from flotation until September 2020. He was on the AIM advisory committee of the London Stock Exchange for six years and has a Master of Arts degree in Modern and Medieval Languages from the University of Cambridge.
Jonathan Morley Kirk
Independent Non-Executive Director
Jonathan qualified as a chartered accountant in 1985 and became a Fellow of the Institute for Chartered Accountant in England and Wales in 1996. He held directorial positions at Samuel Montagu & Co Limited and SG Warburg Securities Co, in London before moving to live in Jersey in 1995. He is currently a non-executive director of Clean Tech Lithium PLC, and a number of offshore investment companies and investment funds. He has been a non-executive director of various listed companies, mainly in the natural resources sector, since 2004, including Cardinal Resources PLC and Longreach Oil and Gas UK Limited.
