Prior to his current role, he was Managing Director of ASX listed international engineering company Snap Ring Joint (Srj) Limited, where for 10 years he was instrumental in commercialising IP and growing the business. Other previous roles include Head of Corporate for Landmark Group in the Middle East.

John is an operational management specialist with more than 35 years of experience within the valve industry, from concept to implementation of operational business excellence. He is highly experienced in the delivery of robust quality management, and health, safety & environmental systems. His work within the valve and associated instrumentation industry has seen him work in both an innovation and introduction of new products as well as product development.
Wesley Howard
Business Development & Sales Manager
Wes has extensive international business development, sales and project management experience gained over 20 years. Has worked in senior positions for multiple international engineering companies including Upstream Sector Director for AMPO Poyam Valves, an international leader in the supply of highly engineering valve solutions and Subsea Global Business Development Manager for engineering manufacturer Alco Valve Group.
Doyin Makanjuola
Finance & Admin Manager
Doyin has spent the past six years working working with businesses in the practice, retail and financial services sector. He is ACCA Qualified and I has a master’s in Business Management. As an accounting professional, he has worked in a range of areas such accounting, management reporting, business analysis and client relations. He has a passion of using both business and financial data to facilitate effective business decisions.
